- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
If you are a consumer customer or a VAT-registered customer and need administrative assistance:
- Monday - Saturday: 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM
If you are a business customer and need administrative assistance:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
